Whether you tell some one you have it is up to you I believe as long as you are using protection and covering the potentiall infected area. Many women I believe will elect to abandon condoms if you develop a loving monogamous relationship with them.
4) How can I control my outbreaks? There is ant viral medication available to control outbreaks. I personally use the zorvirix treatment for cold sores on my penis when I feel an outbreak coming on It helps to heal it quicker for me. One dietry tip I try to live by is to limit chocolate and sugar from my diet and I seem to have less outbreaks.What I do know is that that sugar , nuts and chocolate can really prolong and irritate the virus when its active. 5) Whats the difference between Cold sores and genitial herpes? Many people have cold sores and don’t feel the shame or embaressment that people feel when they have Genitial herpes . The two viruses are both termed herpes and share half he same genetic material.
